New Rural Blueprint Quarterly Report Form: This revised quarterly report form will be used for all rural RTPAs with Blueprint grants beginning this FY, Quarter 3. Blueprint Program staff will be working with all grant recipients to finalize a list of Measures of Task Success to report on.
